On November 6, 2002, the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) and Hillwood/ San Bernardino, LLC (Hillwood) entered into that certain Master Disposition and Development Agreement (MDDA), affecting the commercial and industrial portions of the former Norton Air Force Base, now referred to as Alliance California. This has been an extremely successful public-private partnership which has produced over 13.1 million square feet of new industrial buildings, over $1.2 Billion in private investment, and creation of over 10,780 jobs. This growth and development has encompassed properties on the former Base and throughout the project area. IVDA offers over 250 acres of prime property ideal for commercial and industrial development, with all zoning and environmental reports completed.
