The Ideal Location for Your Conference Space Needs
This spacious facility includes an auditorium, three multifunctional conference rooms, and kitchen amenities available at an extra fee. Each of the conference rooms can be equipped with audio/visual (AV) and state-of-the-art Information Technology capabilities that are perfectly suited for board meetings, public briefings, training classes, assemblies, and other public meetings. Norton Regional Event Center (NREC) is perfect for events that require an auditorium and break-out rooms for simultaneous meetings. Conference rooms can also be rented individually.
NREC was once home to the former Norton Air Force Base and served as the Non-Commission Officers Club for nearly 20 years. Built in 1975, the NCO Club was available to all active and reserve military men and women.

Rates
All organizations are welcome to utilize the NREC. Non-profit organizations and government agencies receive a special room rental rate. Cleaning fees may apply.
Insurance
A signed Hold Harmless Agreement and a copy of your Certificate of Insurance naming the Inland Valley Development Agency as an additional insured with a general liability of not less than one million dollars($1,000,000) must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Security
Security is available to groups for functions held during regular business hours, after regular business hours, and on weekends. Additional charges will apply
