Need a Doc?

The Agency has a self-funded benefit rich medical plan called SBD Select that encompasses a wide variety of Cigna PPO Network providers from across the region. Contributions to premiums as follows:

  • Medical: Agency pays 100% of employee premiums with a significant contribution toward dependents
  • Dental & Vision: Agency pays 100% of benefit premiums for employees and dependents

It is never too early to plan for retirement!

Partnering with Ascensus Retirement Group, the IVDA offers the following:

  • 7% salary contribution to a 401(a)-retirement program (employer contribution only)
  • Employee contribution 457 Deferred Compensation Plan (employee contribution only)

Need time away from the office?

  • Vacation: 2 weeks (80-hours)
  • Holidays: 13 Recognized Holidays and 1 Floating
  • Sick Leave: 3.69 hours earned weekly with no accrual cap
